What 10 New Things Could You Wake Up & Immediately Do?

    1. Log my dreams

    This is something I want to start doing.

    2. Drink water

    I am doing.

    3. Brush teeth with opposite hand

    I am doing. Good for the brain.

    4. Take pro-biotics

    I do but not consistently. A healthy gut is a healthy mind.

    5. Not check my mobile

    I am still not there yet.

    I do but not consistently.

    I am doing.

    9. Journal over a cup of coffee or cappuccino

    I am doing it.

    This I need to do and get better at. Maybe start with the 10 idea list in the morning.
