What are the top ten heavy metal bands?
My three young sons had a heavy metal band in the 2000's that toured community festivals and competitions in our city.
One day they said one of their favorite heavy metal bands was coming to town and would I take them to the concert?
"Me? With mosh pits and motorcyclists?" I was a little afraid and started searching for earplugs before I bought the tickets.
When we arrived at the concert, the metal heads were a peaceful, cool, bunch. Â Lined up in que at the t-shirt stand, and polite and courteous, tatoos and earrings and all.
Since my worn out mini van always had one of the boy's cds playing in it, I can recall some of their favorite metal bands, and to tell you a secret, to this day, if Enter Sandman by Metallica comes on the radio I crank it up loud and try to avoid headbanging the steering wheel🙂
