4. Learn a new skill - I’m learning golf
5. Sit in the sun with a hot cup of lemon ginger and honey
6. If you have a pet, go have a nice chat with them.
7. Talk to a friend who makes you laugh
8. Hot bath with some Epsom salts
9. Vitamin C tablet - my mother raised me on those
10. An afternoon nap - my favourite remedy of all.
