2. Blockchain used to create a local/bohemian/creative coin

3. That local/bohemian/creative coin used for local commerce

4. That local/bohemian/creative coin used for local artisans to monetize with NFTs

5. Local governments/non-profits can use as local currency to boost local economy - DeFi - run by the local community
