What I Did Today
Not much, but I've enjoyed today.
1. China Paperwork
It didn't take that long. One step closer to where i want to be.
2. Walk
At least i got some exercise today. I also listened to a podcast on the relationship between diet and mental health. I'll continue to try and eat better.
3. Christmas In China
I wrote this song years ago. I thought i'd make a video for it. Hope you enjoy.
4. Chinese
i ate a Chinese with mum. We then watched some TV together.
5. Rest
Despite not doing much today i'm shattered. Time to rest.
