James- I can barely hold on. I just found out my husband signed a contract with the person who was suppose to fix the flood and did not have the scope of work in there. Now I found this in area I think you were hinting at. Another of a Matt. Be more direct about what to do —- we are going to loose a thing. I am so weak and 67. I can not go thru anything more!!!
