1. Ocean view, preferably of a nice surf break

2. Huge stone fire place

3. Library full of 1st edition favorites, with another stone fireplace

4. Solar telescope

5. Sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool

6. Geothermal power, and private well

7. Helicopter pad

8. Game room with shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball, pool and room for everyone. Probably need another fireplace in there as well

9. Sufficient guest rooms for anyone who stays in the game room too long

10. Backyard where my Kids never get old
