No need for a car for day-to-day living.

2. Grocery store nearby

Don't have to stock your fridge everyday.

3. Park nearby

To walk around and let kids play. Maybe shoot some hoops now and then. Other sport courts available.

4. Restaurants close

Couple choices. Nothing too fancy.

5. Coffee shop close

Not a Starbucks...local.

6. Nice neighbors

Look out for each other.

7. Arts nearby

Maybe a museum.

8. Movie theatre nearby

So I can watch one good movie every 5 years...
