“Whoever is faithful in small matters will be faithful in large ones; whoever is dishonest in small matters will be dishonest in large ones." (Luke 16:10) (1 min 34 sec)

    1. The world we perceive is an illusion, a projection of the sleeping mind that has forgotten its true identity as spirit, one with God.

Dishonesty is denying your true nature as a child of God and instead identifying with the illusory self.
The "small matters" are the daily choices and thoughts that reinforce the ego's perspective of separation, lack, and specialness. Being "faithful" or honest in these small matters means consistently choosing to see things through the Holy Spirit's vision of oneness.
Conversely, being "dishonest in small matters" is making choices from the ego's point of view, reinforcing the belief in the reality of the illusory world and the separate self. This dishonesty in small, daily matters then extends to the "large ones" - a complete investment in the dream of separation from God.
This quote from Jesus is not about moral rights or wrongs, but about choosing between the ego's illusion or the Holy Spirit's truth in every moment. Consistent denial of truth ("dishonesty") in small ways leads to a life rooted in the ego's dream, while being "faithful" to truth in little things aligns one's mind with the reality of God's love.
