10 Daily Streaks I Like to Maintain

7 days a week/365 days a year.

    1. Creating idea lists on NotePD.

    Of course!

    2. Meditation.

    Haven't missed a day in over a year.

    3. Texting or calling one person I care about.

    This is a recent streak, as it's something I'm typically terrible at but one at which I want to improve.

    4. Running.

    Typically this is a streak, but not so much this year with on-again, off-again injuries.

    5. Strength training.

    Even if I only have ten minutes, I can fit in some planks and pushups. There is always time.

    6. Getting into nature.

    This one is easy for me as I live minutes from mountains and a major regional park. However I do it, I have to do it.

    7. Drinking coffee!

    Always!

    8. Journaling.

    I started this one around the time I started meditation last year and it has stuck. I find it a useful tool for working through knotty issues.

    9. Book reading.

    I love reading books so I make it a priority to read every morning before I start working (typically right after I create my idea lists).

    10. Building my business.

    I do something every day, including weekends, to help build my business.
