1. Shadow box
It's hard.
2. Sprints in backyard
3. Play basketball
4. Lift weights at the gym
5. Ride my bike
The weather is getting nicer
6. Walk/jog
7. Yoga
Even if it doesn't burn a lot of calories, the flexibility makes me feel really good.
8. Jumping Jacks
Can't remember the last time I did this.
9. Jump rope
Very hard. I don't think I have a rope...
10. Swim
I don't think I'll do this...
