10 Food Items I Always Have In The Kitchen

Idealists are everywhere. For a busy day, I just look around.

This time, I turned to my kitchen.

    1. Nuts

    Amand and walnuts.

    A TV program in Japan talked about the benefit of having coffee and banana together. They help with high blood pressure.

    4. Eggs

    My source for protein.

    5. Olive oil

    6. Honey

    7. Soy milk

    Healthy.

    8. Tofu

    A lot of protein and is handy when you want to make a quick salad.

    9. Mineral water

    10. Dark chocolate

    Just knowing that it is there is comforting. I don't eat it daily, but I need to know it is there.
