10 Foods on the Grill
I have a ceramic grill: Kamado Joe. it is awesome and we use it all the time. It is pretty expensive but buy once cry once: it wall last forever.
With some practice and a few failures you can make better food than most restaurants.
1. Brisket
I will be making this today! Edit: It ended up on the dry side, but it tasted good. Brisket is tough for me to get right.
