1. Use flashcards to record knowledge that you wish to build upon
2. Record knowledge on the most important topics first
3. Condense knowledge into 27 words or less in a question and answer format
4. Title cards by topic and number until you have a complete set on on topic
5. Refactor cards that have become outdated knowledge with clearer ideas
6. Review topics speaking aloud trying to guess the answers
7. Commit the answers to memory by familiarisation then recall exact wording
8. Add new knowledge as title Topic, Card 1a, 1b, 1c
9. Once you have the knowledge by heart come up with ten experiments whereby you can practice this knowledge
10. Walk and review your flashcards so that you learn to be active and purposeful when learning
