10 ideas for plans to run 100 miles in 1 month

    1. 3.34 miles per day

    2. 5 miles, 5 days a week (20 total days)

    4. 10 miles 10 times during the month, or once every 3 days (1 day on, 2 day rest, etc...)

    6. (10mi X 5d) + (5mi X 10d) 15 days, or every other day
