Great list.

I do what yo called hex press on an incline which I feel primarily in my triceps, when I googled 'hex press' it seems to talk about chest, do you do for chest?

Yes the way I do hex press is a classic pectoral building movement, but I could imagine on an incline it may target triceps more. I’ll try it next time!
