10+ reasons I stay up late

    1. I am easily led by social media and go down the rabbit hole

    2. I get in the habit of sitting on the sofa and start chillaxing

    3. I choose to ignore the internal signals that I need to go to bed

    4. I don't plan my evening as well as my morning and afternoons

    5. I don't choose the right mood and emotional energy to build a good night routine

    6. I feel guilt about wasting the evenings and then just go into negative overthinking

    7. There are other distraction triggers that just too magnetic 🧲
