10 reasons why retrospectives are great
1. Timely
You don't have to wait until the end of the project to get feedback
2. Actionable
Because you get the feedback earlier, you're able to take action on it now
3. Safe
It's a safe space for people to share how they feel
4. Increases morale
Imagine working on a bad project AND being unable to provide feedback to do anything about it. THis at least gives you the chance to provide feedback with the hopes that something will be done
5. Improves clarity
Sometimes what one person feels is due to misunderstandings
