1. Consolidate tournament data statistics and videos onto a single webpage as a résumé for the student athlete
2. Provide general and customize research for Division II and Division III schools that might be appropriate for different athletes
3. Provide services to coaches of colleges and scout at out-of-state tournaments
4. Connect with training academies to provide recruiting services
5. Own and use trackman or similar technology for sports that involve a moving object like baseball tennis or golf
6. Keep track of contacts: use a contact management system
7. Combination of web based services and human touch
8. Focus on division two and division three athletics because the division one players are being actively courted
9. Offer academic support and training through partners
10. Market to parent of these athletes. If somebody is a good college athlete somebody spent at least $50,000 to get them there
11. Specialize in out-of-state recruiting assistance. Go to tournaments in Florida for schools that are in Texas or California and vice versa.
