3. Tell us before we start working if you hate particular colours
4. Hire us for our style, not to imitate the style of someone else
5. Send us your copy as a word document (or something that allows us to copy it)
6. Allow us to work with you rather than for you
7. Never send anything as a publisher file… Please
8. Remember that we need time to make the changes you’ve asked us to do
9. Understand that exposure doesn’t cover the cost of… well anything
10. Be open-minded to any ideas we may suggest to you - you may like them
