10 small changes I can make to eat healthier

January = a month for resolutions. Maybe this year they'll finally stick!

    1. No sugar in tea/coffee

    2. Avoid sweetened creamers/too much milk in hot drinks

    3. no chocolate/dessert during the week :(

    4. eat less bread (1-2 pieces max is enough for most meals)

    5. water instead of other beverages with dinner

    6. try intermittent fasting

    7. eat veggies before meals to take up space

    8. eat apples as a snack

    9. reduce salt consumption

    10. eat slower
