10 'tack' habits
One great way to build a new habit is to 'tack' it on to other habits you're already doing.
1. Watch Netflix / Youtube while running or on the exercise bike
2. Listen to podcasts / audiobooks while doing chores (dishes, laundry, cleaning the bathroom)
3. Review and file away emails while you're in line
4. Listen to podcasts or audiobooks while driving
5. Stretch and meditate in the morning
(Both require silence)
6. 30 g of protein upon 30 min of waking up
Great way to lose weight
7. Have a glass of water by your bed
