7. Corporations will create their own schools in exchange for a percentage of your lifetime income

8. Homes will have a centralized AI computer that connects to all of the other AI-enabled devices you have

9. You will get cashback rewards for companies using your personal data with your consent

10. Most back office and middle office processes will be automated or outsourced

I really enjoyed this idea list - and I wonder if looking at it through the lens of distributed computing and the various forms of AI architectures, might not challenge the form of the 'civil utilities' that you list here....

Thanks, Nash, Computing and resourcing will be handled by distributed cloud solutions and APIs. However, their application will be up to the individual or new startups.

Now you could run into the situation of close ecosystems or censorship. But again, there is usually an intrepid group of people that go off and create an open-source solution.
