10 things I can do to rest, relax, or recover

    1. think of ideas without writing them down

    2. analyze my past chess games blindfolded or replay them mentally while sleeping in bed

    3. make up my own chess rules while sleeping in bed or being awake with closed eyes

    4. sleep ? really ? I never sleep.. maybe that's the problem.

    5. watch a movie. I love watching movies. Kind of. I'm really ashamed of doing that if I ever do it. I could be reading a book or saving someone's life. or laughing about life

    6. imagine drawing something

    7. listen to a song. I haven't listened to a song in a very long time !

    8. listen to Beethoven. Damn it. I love Moonlight Sonata. Why don't I listen to it ?

    9. Just listen to it. I'm gonna do it now. listen to music with closed eyes..

    10. relax your fingers and meditate.. no FTPS for me, FingerTipPainSyndrome !
