I remember years ago trying to find out if it would be possible. Apparently, maple trees only grow in a specific kind of environment, but it seemed possible.

I just did a quick Google search: Apparently, maples are found in a few different places around Europe, mostly in Norway. It seems that while you can tap European maples for sap, the sugar content tends to be low.

That's the most important one. And no, I'm not planning on monetizing them.
