10 Things I Just Noticed About NotePD Today
Where have I been all this time?
1. NotePD is on TikTok!
BUT WHY AREN'T THERE ANY JAY YOW DANCING VIDEOS?
2. There's an FAQ page.
Some pretty good stuff on there.
3. There's a search feature on each profile that allows us to query any term posted by that user.
I think this can be helpful when I want to go back and look at some of my own lists I posted months ago.
4. We can post unlisted lists.
Presumably, this means they're available online but don't show up in NotePD feeds.
5. We can mute, block and report posts.
I doubt I'll ever need to use these features, but good to know.
6. There's a section where we can report bugs.
There's some stuff on the app I'd like to report.
7. Favorite lists are now called Bookmarks.
I mean, I'm pretty sure they were called Favorites before, right?
8. When someone branches an idea list, those branched lists show up below the original list.
I literally had no idea this is where to find them. Facepalm.
9. I think you can scroll the feed forever.
I tried it for a few minutes and it never ended. It's kind of like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. There's no end, but unlike those other sites, I consider scrolling NotePD's feed the opposite of doom scrolling.
10. Younes is still ahead of me on the Best Streaks board.
Something must be done about this injustice!
I gotta say, I have 3 addictions: coffee, chocolate, and keeping the streaks ☺
