10 things I want to learn about
These currently are mostly career oriented.
1. Tax Niches I May Want to Specialize In
I'm currently thinking about expats, remote workers, online creators, and basically anyone looking to live a nomadic lifestyle. Any demographic that is being overlooked and is willing to pay well is definitely worth me looking into though.
2. Other Tax or Accounting Certifications That I May Want to Study For
I'm mainly thinking of certifications that have a relatively low time and cost investment for relatively high payoff. While trying to become a cpa or tax lawyer would be by far the best, both have higher time and monetary costs than I'm willing to invest in at this point in my life.
3. Excel/Spreadsheet Skills
I'm rusty on my formulas and macros.
4. 2nd Language
Maybe Spanish, but I'm open to learning others. My preference is towards one that lets me travel to many countries and is in demand from a business perspective.
5. Copywriting or Persuasive Writing in General
This seems like an important skill. Well, at least until AI takes over writing completely.
6. How to Gain Residency in Another Country
Preferably a place that has a low cost of living with relatively high safety and low government interference in daily life.
7. How to Improve My Networking Skills
I basically have no real life network. Any old coworkers or classmates basically have forgotten who I am and any attempts to catch up with them either results in silence or at best shallow conversation that isn't fruitful for either of us.
8. Consulting
As far as traditional time for money exchange type of work goes, it seems pretty good. I just need specialized knowledge that people are willing to pay top dollar for.
9. How to Be More Observant
I tend to get lost in my own head too much and miss out on opportunities.
10. Whatever the Next Big Trend Is
So I can sell the trend's equivalent of the pickax or gold pan!
