10 Things I’m Amazed Are Not Fully Virtual in the Year 2022
One would think after 30 years of the world wide web and nearly three years into a global pandemic that forced everyone to do virtually everything virtually, we wouldn't ever have to deal with 20th-century technology and processes anymore.
To be fair, a lot of progress has been made on the items on this list - at least in the United States, as far as I know - but they definitely aren't fully virtual everywhere.
1. Paperwork that has to be filled out every time we visit a doctor.

2. Faxing (faxing!) doctor's prescriptions to a pharmacy.

4. City telephone books.

5. Business cards.

6. College textbooks.

7. Postal mail.

8. Building/purchasing a house.

9. Purchasing a car.

10. All cubicle jobs.
