10 Things To Ask My Dad Before He Dies
My father was not around for most of my childhood, so my grandfather served as my patriarch. He was a sweet, hard-working man and I loved him dearly. But, I grew apart from him as I moved into adulthood.
Ultimately, he passed several years ago and I did not take advantage of the time he was here to better know him. I also, regretfully, left many things unsaid.
My father is alive and relatively healthy for a man in his 70s, and we are closer now than when I was growing up. That said, I know the day will come when he will no longer be around. I want to ensure I don't make the same mistake with him as I did with my grandfather.
