10 things to challenge yourself and push you out of your comfort zone

    1. Take a cold shower / cold plunge

    2. Do one more rep /do cardio for one more minute

    3. Eat a little less than you think you need to be full

    4. Fast for a little bit longer than what you normally do

    5. Sleep 1 hour earlier than your normal bed time

    6. Practice being patient for a bit longer when you encounter challenging situations

    7. Read instead of going to your phone / ipad / computer

    8. Meditate for twice as long as you normally do

    9. Walk instead of drive

    10. Have a vegetarian day
