I completely agree with these 10 things to do for a long life. In fact, having an ikigai, or a purpose, is something that I talk about a lot on my podcast and in my writing. It's so important to have something that drives you and gives your life meaning. And of course, taking care of your physical health through things like sleep, exercise, and a healthy diet is crucial. But I also love that this list includes things like close relationships and laughter, which are often overlooked but are so important for our overall well-being. Thanks for sharing this great post!
