10 things to do if you start feeling sick

A tickle in the throat, a cough, a runny nose..

    1. Drink a lot of water

    2. Take a hot shower or bath

    3. Exercise

    4. Intake a lot of vitamin C

    Emergen-C packets are great

    5. Eat fruits rich with vitamin C

    Oranges, grapefruits, kiwis

    6. Prepare chicken noodle soup

    Or something warm, easy to eat and rich with nutrients

    7. Get plenty of rest

    Take it easy at work. Get lots of sleep.

    8. Avoid other people

    Don't pass along your sickness to others.

    9. Buy everything you need to stay home

    Groceries and other supplies.

    10. Call in sick at work

    Plan ahead so you don't feel like you're dropping the ball at work.
