Café/bookshop in an otherwise boring neighborhood.

Buy a waffle from one of those waffle trucks. Other than waffle trucks, you can find those waffles with plenty of stuff on it (chocolate, fruit, etc.) but they're incredibly tricky to eat so I don't see the point, it's annoying.

If you stand there long enough, you'll probably have tourists asking you to take a picture of them, which can be a good way to meet people.

Touristy but I think it's worth it. Thousands of different beers.

Chain of restaurants serving Belgian dishes.

Comfy sofas, vintage decor, old French music, interesting fruity cocktails. The owner is such a dick it's funny.

Big park, very pleasant in the spring and summer.

Nice little cinematheque with a small film museum. They screen classics as well as obscure and old movies.

Area with a few cool bars such as Belga, Le Pantin, L'Amère à Boire. Also a food truck where you can get fries.
