and still feeling groggy

    1. Hydrate - drink a glass of water

    2. Brush through my hair

    3. Brush through my hair

    4. Say hi yo myself in the mirror

    5. Brush my teeth

    6. Clean - wash my face or take a bath

    7. Moisturize

    8. Put on my glasses

    9. Change out of pajamas

    10. Feel grateful that I can do all these things while feeling groggy
