10 things to do when you're feeling tired and anxious

    1. Sleep

    This solves everything.

    2. If you can't sleep, just breath and feel.

    3. Eat some fresh fruits and vegetables :)

    4. Try some light yoga.

    5. If you have someone to cuddle with and watch TV, that can be nice :).

    6. Journal, but be easy on yourself.

    7. Don't let your ideas get too overwhelming.

    8. Meditate for 10 minutes.

    9. Listen to water and drink some more water.

    10. Try to progressively relax your muscles.
