10 things to look for in a career

Sometimes you can slipstream behind them and rocket your way up

Everybody working hard around you will push you to work hard

Because working towards a grand vision gives you a purpose

It's okay to have a bit of imbalance at the start of your career, as long as it will pay dividends down the road

If I'm not continually learning at my job, it means a few things: I may grow complacent, I may not be pushing myself out of my comfort zone, I'm the smartest person on my team / in the room. Time for a change.
