    1. A blue comb

    0

It says "UNBREAKABLE" on it. I've been using it to comb my hair every day since I was a teenager. 30 years! I think I will use it as long as I still have hair to comb.

    2. A twin mattress

    0

I bought it while in college, over 20 years ago. It's my teenage daughter's bed now. I would never have thought when I bought it that someday it would be my daughter's bed. (just in case you're thinking that's gross, I'm very allergic to dust mites and have always kept it encased in an allergen resistant cover)

    3. Some of my clothes

    0

You know you're getting old when you still have and wear some clothing from 20 years ago...

    4. Some computer components

    0

Since the 1990s, I've always built and upgraded my own computers from parts. My computer is like Frankenstein's monster. There are parts in it that are over 20 years old, and still working.

    5. Oster ice crushing blender

    0

It was a wedding gift, and I still use it fairly often. I've had it for 18 years. (I supposed this has also turned into a humblebrag that I've been married for 18 years)

    6. Board games I played as a kid

    0

Games like Risk, HeroQuest, Spellfire, D&D... I still have many of them from 30+ years ago. And I play them with my kids now.

    7. A 3-hole puncher

    0

There's a hole puncher in my desk drawer that I don't really use, but my kids find useful sometimes. It was my father's and I somehow ended up with it (he's still alive, btw). I'm guessing he got it in the 1970s in his days as an office worker.

    8. Plastic drawers

    0

I have a bunch of cheap plastic furniture that I bought at Target when I was a poor college student over 20 years ago. They are still in use for storage at various locations in my house.

    9. Kitchen gadgets

    0

Some of my kitchen gadgets date back to my college days as well. In college, I bought a lot of cheap kitchen gear and learned to cook. I still use some of it, like my rolling pin.

    10. Mugs

    0

I also have some mugs in the kitchen that we still use often. They date back to my college days too.

I'd probably still have my favorite red and white blankie if my mom hadn't ripped off the bandaid and secretly thrown it away when I was 5 :)
