These could be done independently or offered through schools, etc.
1. Get a job.
This one's obvious, but any job could count and perhaps we could incentivize kids to work more often.
The rest of the ideas will be unpaid, for experience only.
2. Sous Chef / Baker's Assistant / Any Entry-Level Food Job
3. Tutor elementary / younger students.
4. Volunteer in senior homes.
5. Clean up parks & public spaces.
6. Work in a political campaign.
7. Do a semester abroad as an exchange student.
8. Survival & outdoors skills training
9. Work on a farm or in a garden
10. Shadow a professional in a field of interest
