10 ways anxiety can be reduced.

    1. Get yourself a creative job.

    2. Get an hobby, Meditate, Sing, Dance, Act, Just Be Active.

    3. If you have famous parents, start coming out of their shadow.

    4. Read biography/auto-biography of people who have risen from ground.

    5. Start being creative, writing 10 ideas/day, painting, writing etc.

    6. Take 3 long deep breathes and release in such a way that your stomach touches your back.

    7. Being gratitude for positive events happened during yesterday. How it felt, who helped, Asking good for the person?

    8. Working out the option and whatever be the outcome, just surrendering to it.

    9. Focus on the things you can control and let the rest move as they are.

    10. Drink water (a lot).
