Preview
1. Brain.fm
Binaural beats songs tuned to specific kinds of focus: deep work, creative work, nap, etc.)
2. Stand up
Get a sit/stand desk and set a reminder to change positions at least 2x per day
3. Stand on a Balance Board

4. Desk "fidgets"
I have a small bin on my desk with fidget toys: rubik's cube, spinners, koosh ball, fidget square, juice harp
5. Lofi music playlists from Spotify or Youtube Music
6. Use "task avoidance" to my advantage

7. Build momentum
