10 ways I will mess up my mind - or "improve" myself

    1. Meditate for 14 straight hours in a day. To break my 13 hour record.

    2. Go outside and talk to strangers. Holy hell. I'm so afraid ! Anyway..

    3. Breathing consciously or "breath meditation". It makes strange things happen to you.

    4. Never multitaks ever. Really ? How's that possible ? Or is that for one sense to do many ?

    5. Always talking to my business partner will improve our relation, but phone addiction ?

    6. Being a better chess player. It's making me insane. With the literal meaning.

    7. Being creative. It's so strange. It's messing me up. It's making me insane. I love my life !

    8. Think more, about the world. People think that's good. No, it's not. People will hate you.

    9. Sleep for two hours per day. Who invented this ? I don't know. I'll keep trying thoough.

    10. Talk to other people. And be less "shy". I'm still not diagnosed as a schizophrenic. Funny.
