1. Deal with any trauma or lack of forgiveness from your childhood/past
2. Get into peak physical shape - look, feel, and operate like an athlete
3. Get to know your mind and how to calm it through meditation, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques
4. Become self aware - what are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Do you have enough humility to know the difference and admit to these?
5. Be quick to forgive - be the first person to reconcile with someone you are in conflict with or to take 100% accountability (ie. Extreme Ownership.)
6. Be a master time manager - always looking for ways to save time as it's your most precious resource.
7. Always be helpful - how can you help a family member, friend, co-worker, neighbour, or complete stranger?
8. Use the best tools - I invest into the best phone, computer, exercise equipment, books, courses, etc because I believe in investing in myself and making myself better.
9. Seek out discomfort - put yourself in a difficult mental or physical places on purpose to push your limits. You are capable of so much more than you think.
10. Learn, learn, learn - your life should be constantly about learning new things, new ways of thinking, new habits, new ideas. Learning never stops until you die.
