10 Ways To Be Happier Today

Happiness is a state of mind it is a by product of your thoughts and actions. I don't think that you can will yourself to be happy, at least not very often.

    1. Spend a moment being still with your thoughts. Some call this meditation

    2. Be grateful for what you have

    This can be something simple like having all your fingers

    3. Do an achievable physical activity, like going for a walk or a swim and be happy when you have finished

    4. Make a list of tasks that you want to accomplish and cross things off as you accomplish them

    5. Watch funny videos, either by yourself or with a friend

    6. Show affection to an animal

    7. Show affection to another person

    8. Tell a joke

    9. Share a funny Gif

    10. Look up at the sky and be glad to be alive
