    1. Invest your energy in energy-increasing activities

    Sleep, exercise, time with family

    2. Understand your energy levels throughout the day and match the activity to your energy level

    3. Spend your best energy for your most important tasks

    4. Take frequent breaks / work in intervals

    5. Eat healthy

    Junk food in = junk output

    6. Improve your air quality

    If you're not breathing properly, or breathing high quality air, it could affect your energy
