10 ways to get through the next 140ish days of school
I want to stop being a teacher but I think I can make it the rest of the year
1. Figure out the exit strategy
I am working on this. I want similar insurance to what I have now. At least 60k a year. 2 weeks vacation/sick days. A job where I am active because I don't think I could sit at a desk all day.
2. Exercise
I want to try to make it to the gym at least 2 days a week after school to start. My therapist says it's a good way to calm down and not bring the work home.
3. Make my lists
When I make my lists I am creative. I like being creative.
4. Take Sick Days
I have 14 banked days. I didn't use any last year and it showed.
5. Use the support staff at school
I like to think I can do everything on my own. I can't. I need to remember that other people can step in and be better for the situation.
6. Use my insurance for everything I can
I am talking acupuncture, chiropractor, therapy, specialists, nutritionist. I am going to go through that benefits book and find every benefit I can.
7. Plan one fun thing to do on the weekend
I may not have money but I can still figure out something to do.
8. Use my support system
I have my boyfriend and my friends. I have work besties. I have my family.
9. Eat Less Sugar
I love sugar but I could eat it less.
10. Drink more water
I just need too
