10 Ways to Lose Weight

I've been working on applying the mini habit framework to accomplish this goal. Basically, set an initial goal so low as to reduce resistance/friction in performing the task.

    1. Daily walk before work. Minimum around the block.

    2. Peloton of any length 3x/week

    3. Eat one extra serving of vegetables/day

    4. Eat only whole grain products

    5. Eat one extra serving of fruit/day

    6. Chew each bite 30X

    7. Drink one glass of water when starting work

    8. Use standing desk 2x/day

    9. Eat at least one salad/week

    10. Replace pre-made dressing with oil and vinegar once a week
