10 Ways to Lose Weight

Some are silly. Some are serious. None will work for all

    1. Fast

    2. Sweat

    3. Surgery

    4. Diuretics

    5. Live on the moon.

    6. Make movement purposeful

    Take the stairs if only going one flight. Park further away from the store. Go inside Dunkin instead of using the drive through

    7. Reduce carbs

    8. Try to minimize empty calories

    There are many snacks that add calories but have zero nutritional value

    9. Replace soft drink.

    I drink too much soda pop. When I cut out soft drinks and replaced them with iced tea, I lost a full pant size. I also slept better

    10. Stop eating two-three hours before bed.
