10 Ways to Lose Weight

    1. Drink more water

    This definitely helps. When I've been in a good routine, drinking plenty of water, it's made a huge differenc.

    2. Keto

    We tried this and had good results but it was hard to maintain long term.

    3. Exercise

    I don't enjoy gyms but when I've cultivated a regular gym habit, it's helped me lose weight.

    4. Move more

    5. Cut out carbs

    6. Eat more fruit and veg

    7. Cut out pre-packaged food

    8. More natural food

    I have a theory that chemicals in the food chain may contribute to weight gain.

    9. 80:20

    Eat well 80% of the time, eat less carefully the rest of the time. Be good during the week. Ease up at the weekend.

    10. Menu plan

    Buying only what you need and reducing temptation makes losing weight much easier to achieve.
