10 ways to try breaking the 10ideas a day exercise

To challenge the strength of life-changing habits, we need to stress test them. Would these ideas break altucher's famous 10 ideas a day?

    1. Make all idea lists negative, and depressing

    2. Make idea lists related to everything you hate (e.g. 10 country songs)

    3. Make idea lists that have no relevance to your day to day life

    4. Make idea lists of bad ideas only

    5. Make restrictive idea lists (e.g. only ideas you're 100% certain will work)

    6. Make obvious idea lists (e.g. 10 letters of English alphabet)

    7. Reuse old idea lists & copy the same idea

    8. Break or cut off your hands so you can't make idea lists

    9. Post embarrassing idea lists on social media, you workplace, and share with kids

    10. Write idea lists with a pen that has no ink
