I am finding that I don't get as much done as I would like and all of a sudden the day is over. Where did the time go?
2. Plan each day in time blocks
5. Be very strict about time boxing for important tasks
6. Be proactive to tighten the time around certain activities like dinner prep and cleaning that can stretch into hours
7. Take regular time off so that you don’t burn out
8. Keep track of everything that you have done so that you can appreciate progress
9. Pick 1-3 things that you must do during the day and do them first
10. Get a good nights sleep every night. Use a sleep reminder and sleep tracking
